Traditionally, most clinical psychologists will focus on managing and ‘fixing’ problems with mental health when they surface. Then in 1998 a man named Martin Seligman initiated a positive psychology movement that encouraged the psychological study of human flourishing. It has shown there are positive psychological qualities and experiences that can be deliberately nurtured, and act as buffers against mental health problems. These qualities and experiences also act as psychological strengths that support a person to live a great life, rather than just a good life, with optimised psychological well-being.

Our Executive Mindfit Program is a unique and innovative 12-month program for individual executives that proactively manages mental health, while also advancing psychological well-being.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

For this program you will join forces with a highly educated psychologist. You will meet one-on-one for fortnightly sessions online via video.
